• You will have the following responsibilities:
• Operate telephone switchboard system and manage phone calls at the reception area, directing incoming calls to the appropriate staff and taking messages when required
• Welcoming and answering queries from visitors/client^ and providing them with necessary information when possible.

• The Front desk officer is responsible for providing secretarial clerical and administrative support in e of staff movements in and out of the company
• Receive, acknowledge receipt and sort mails and deliveries
• Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
• Maintaining a log of employee attendance on a daily basis
• Keep inventory of vehicle key(s), monitoring and coordinating activity and movement of drivers.
• Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate
Qualifications:
• Minimum HND/ B.sc Degree. 2.2
Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year post NYSC cognate or relevant
